Muay Thai - This class is a Martial Arts class learning striking skills that involve the use of fist, elbows, knees, and kicks with good physical preparation that makes a Full Contact Fighter. We offer these skills to all levels of Fighters as well as those who love to learn while getting in shape.
Bag Class - This class is a HIGH INTENSITY work out on the heavy bags using all of the skills of Muay Thai Kickboxing as well as weights, plyometrics, and yoga. It is available to any skill level or fitness level. All classes are run by instructors experienced in the sport and are dedicated to getting you in your best shape.
