The Story...
The Fightshop was established in 2010 by Kim White. With years of experience in fitness, natural health, and Muay Thai, she wanted to create a gym in Jackson that focused on customer service, quality fitness, and Martial Arts instruction.
Whether you are a Professional Athlete, a fighter, or someone who just wants a good cardio workout in a fun, professional, and comfortable environment. The Fightshop is the answer.
After training with a small group in a barn, Kim had to expand to a new facility. She now offers several classes during the week and on Saturday's. The Fightshop offers a full MMA program, including Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and a kids MMA program.
We also offer workouts for the average person wanting to simply lose weight, get into shape, or reduce some much needed stress.
For those wanting the fight training aspect of the gym, our Muay Thai classes are structured to learn the skills of Muay Thai using all eight (8) weapons as well as the intense strength and conditioning training used to become a fighter.
Our facility is conveniently in north Jackson in a 8,400 sq. ft. building. We are equipped with 20 Thai bags plus heavy bags, double end, uppercut hook bags, and speed bags. We also have fitness equipment, Thai pads, kicking shields, and a 24'x80' grappling mat.
